Swiss higher education institutions cannot currently participate in the Erasmus+ program. The mobility of students and teaching staff with Swiss partner universities continues, however, within the new Swiss European Mobility Program (SEMP), based on bilateral mobility agreements. Mobility is funded by the Swiss government.
