Established in 1995, the College of Political, Administrative, and Communication Sciences (FSPAC) at Babeș-Bolyai University currently provides undergraduate study programs, master’s programs, and PhD studies in the fields of Political Science, Public Administration and Management, Communication Sciences, Advertising, Journalism & Digital Media, and Public Health.
