We use \"kansui\" (alkaline salts), a secret ingredient that gives our noodles their characteristic firmness and flavor. Each pack contains 10 bags of our medium-thick Chinese noodles, ready to be cooked and served with your favorite broth and toppings. Whether you\'re a miso, soy, or spicy broths fan, our noodles provide the perfect base for your culinary creations. Our noodles are produced in a dedicated facility that does not use wheat flour at all, ensuring they meet the strictest gluten-free standards. We adhere to the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) standard of 10ppm or less, and our internal management standard is even stricter at less than 2ppm.
